Refund policy

We want you to love every item from Val's Wonders Treasures! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
🛍️ Returns
•     Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, non-personalized items in original condition and packaging.
•     Non-returnable items: Due to the custom nature of our products, personalized items (including custom mousepads, notebooks, and accessories) are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
•     Return shipping: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
💸 Refunds
•     Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
•     If your item was damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
🔄 Exchanges
•     We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
