•     All items are described as accurately as possible. Due to the handmade and custom nature of many products, slight variations in color, placement, or finish may occur.
•     Personalized items are made to order and may take additional time to process.
📦 Orders & Fulfillment
•     Orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow 3–5 business days for production, plus shipping time.
•     You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a tracking number when it ships.
💳 Payments
•     We accept secure payments via Shopify’s supported methods. All prices are listed in USD.
•     Payment must be completed before your order is processed.
🔁 Returns & Refunds
•     Non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Personalized items are non-refundable unless damaged or incorrect.

📬 Shipping
•     We ship within the U.S. and to select international locations. Shipping times vary by destination and carrier.
•     Val's Wonders Treasures is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.
